A: China has indisputable sovereignty over the Nansha Islands and their adjacent waters. Any unilateral action taken by any country on the Nansha Islands is an infringement on China's territorial sovereignty, thus illegal, invalid and not in line with the spirit of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea.
